I’m a journalist (a religion columnist at present) and editor with about 18 years of recent experience (more less recent experience). I’m intrigued by your project and interested in participating.

I also have experience with layout and graphic design (using Adobe software) if that’s any help.

It’s an interesting experiment. I’d like to help, if only to bet on your success, and to make sure I pay attention to how it turns out. I do have editorial experience and could probably be of use to you if you need me. I have edited a lot of historical and political science work, I write a newsletter on an American history program, and I write spiritual essays (I can send you a sample if you want it).

May I say, pro-actively, that what I would most like to see is a set of Foy stories? All of your writing is sensitive, honest, fresh and thought-provoking, but the Foy stories are truly unique offerings in the world of short story. I would buy copies for all of my clergy friends, and I have a number.

What a bunch of crap.

Next you’ll be proposing that a bunch of people can get together once or twice a week and “do church” supported only by voluntary offerings of the people in the group. Two words: zero sum.

Hell, get in now on the BCLC scam where you get loans just by putting “Baptist” in your name like it means what they think it means.

I’d likely buy a copy or two anyway, so much prefer to see a more ‘direct’ purchase. Count me in, please.

My work-for-pay is technical writing and documentation, not much relevance to a book of religious essays. But if you have any acad dwgs you need modified or installation procedures required, I’m your gal. ; )
